How do I return an item?
Not satisfied with your item or received the wrong item? Please complete the next steps if you would like to send an item back.
1. Use the returns form, select the item you wish to return, and follow the instructions.
2. Once we have received the form, we will contact you to arrange the return with you.
3. Package the item(s) carefully and include a copy of the invoice.
4. After receiving the returned item(s), we will refund the purchase price.
In the case of forwarding goods, we shall bear the costs of returning the goods as follows: After we receive your cancellation, the forwarding agency will pick up the goods from you by appointment and at our expense. In any other case, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
What should I do if an item is damaged?
Was your item not delivered properly? We are very sorry about that. We package every order carefully. Unfortunately we can not always prevent shipping damage. Please complete the following steps so that we can quickly find a solution for you:
1. Always unpack goods upon receipt and check them for transport damage.
2. In the case of transport damage, ask the driver to note this damage on the delivery note.
3. Always accept the delivered goods (please do not refuse or return the delivery).
4. Use the returns form, select the item you wish to return, and follow the instructions.
5. Once we have received the form, we will contact you to settle this matter with you to your satisfaction. If necessary, we will send you a replacement quickly and at no extra cost.
